Mini Santosh – Director
Dedicated Early Childhood Educator: I have been an educator for the last 30 years of my life and is passionate about encouraging children to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually. I have been a part of Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut for the last 15 yrs. An Educator committed to ensuring that all children from birth to age five have the opportunities, supports, and experiences they need to reach their full potential. An educator who believes in including parents, educators, government officials, health and social service agencies and other representatives from the community invested in the well-being of young children. A visionary and dynamic leader who: understands and embraces systems change work; values partnerships and collective effort; and is a consummate communicator comfortable with varied audiences.
I strongly believe that – “We are raising our children in a global society, where educators and teachers must also be prepared for multicultural classrooms which is inclusive of many ethnicities, cultures and traditions represented well. Our classrooms should be, where these differences are not merely tolerated but are welcomed and embraced creating an open and exciting learning atmosphere.”
